  1. These bookshelves are fantastic. I love the idea of sitting in the bookshelf to enjoy your book! Thanks for the great post!

  2. Yes, I like that too! wish there’s a library with these kind of bookcases. Reading would be so much better and fun!

  3. Our (award-winning) library in Prestonpans, Scotland has a seat within a bookshelf – see here – in the kids section.

  4. Terrific! I can’t imagine not having reading material I can hold in my hand. These are containers that could provide necessary focal points for my beloved necessary objects. Thanks for the post

  5. No. 10 is ridiculous-mainly because all the books are placed below waist level which is the least optimal area-least visible and more difficult
to reach. Many of these cases are designed by people who want to show off books as objects as opposed to people who have real book storage needs and use their books all time.

  6. Oh, thanks. That’s a very solid observation. Yeah, you’re right. But, on the other hand, it could also be an opportunity to bend and stretch a little bit, right?

  7. WOW! interesting bookcasess…makes me wanna buy ‘em!
